Oscar Escobar
Manager of Operations and Partnerships

Oscar is a socially driven professional with experience managing community impact programs, including entrepreneurship, access to education, ESOL, and immigrant focus career coaching. He joined the team in 2023.

Before joining Moreno Law, he was the Economic Integration Manager at English for New Bostonians, overseeing economic pathways programs, and Chief Officer of the Community Affairs Department at the Consulate of Mexico in Boston, where he demonstrated success designing and implementing financial opportunities, access to education, and health initiatives within the Latino population in New England.
